AutoHalo AB (Reg. no. 559523-5184), Stockholm, Sweden, is the data controller for personal data processed via this website. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What we collect
When you contact us through the website we collect the information you provide: name, organisation, role, enquiry type and message. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels or third-party analytics that identify individual visitors.
Purpose and legal basis
We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a pilot discussion or partnership dialogue. The legal basis is legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6.1 f) and steps prior to entering a contract (art. 6.1 b).
Storage and retention
Data is processed and stored within the EU/EEA. Enquiries are retained for no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless a continued relationship requires otherwise.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties except the service providers required to operate email and website infrastructure, all within the EU/EEA and under data processing agreements.
