This page summarises how AutoHalo handles operational and customer data in the decision governance layer. Security classification, hosting model and detailed data handling are defined per engagement.
Jurisdiction
All customer data is processed and stored within the EU/EEA. AutoHalo is a Swedish limited company under Swedish-controlled ownership with no non-EU ownership interest.
Input data
The governance layer starts from what already exists: work orders, deviation records, maintenance history and operational profile. No sensor retrofit and no OEM system integration is required.
Model training
Customer data is not used to train shared models without a written agreement. Estimates derived from one engagement are not transferred to another customer's environment.
Security arrangements
AutoHalo is prepared to operate under a Swedish security protective agreement (SUA) where required. No ITAR-controlled components are used. Access to engagement data is restricted to named personnel.
Demo environment
The public demo environment contains synthetic data only and is not connected to any operational system or customer data.
